The Nursery

The Garden (Nursery) at Walnut Grove consists of two classes; Our youngest ones, the Mustard Seeds and our 2-3 yr. olds, the Lil’ Sprouts.

Matthew 13:31-32 says “He told them another parable: “The kingdom of heaven is like a mustard seed, which a man took and planted in his field. Though it is the smallest of all seeds, yet when it grows, it is the largest of garden plants and becomes a tree, so that the birds come and perch in its branches.”

Here in the garden we want our smallest “seeds” to become the largest, in their knowledge and wisdom. We strive to teach them about God and His love for them and about the world that God has created. We teach not only Biblical truths, but we help prepare your child for life as well, through teaching and reviewing general concepts such as, letters, numbers and shapes. We want your child not just to grow, but thrive here in the garden.
